- Strong proficiency in server-side & client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.)

- Ability to write high-performance web applications with strong attention to detail
- Experience in testing code within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with HRSD module is a plus
- Design and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead development initiatives and deliver end-to-end implementations
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect-free releases
- Deliver on radars/tasks within defined project timelines
- Identify and escalate risks/concerns to leads
- Prepare deployment steps and technical documentation
- Maintain structured documentation in internal project management tools
