Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T services to residential customers while building strong relationships as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Support customer accounts and provide clear information about available AT&T products and services
- Assist customers with service options and help guide them through AT&T offerings that best meet their needs
- Work closely with team members to achieve goals while developing as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and AT&T account activity
- Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to strengthen Entry Level Account Manager skills and product knowledge of AT&T services
- Support team initiatives designed to expand customer engagement with AT&T
