The ideal Entry Level Account Manager is somebody who enjoys being the “go-to” person; one who can break down fiber technology in a simple, customer-friendly way. Get ready to explain fiber features in person and support each customer throughout the enrollment process.
Key Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Meet with customers to introduce and explain Kinetic fiber internet packages.
- Provide customer-facing demonstrations that simplify product features.
- Assist with enrollments and help guide customers toward the right internet solutions.
- Offer basic support and answer questions about fiber upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and completed enrollments.
- Contribute to weekly performance and team targets.
- Stay familiar with ongoing promotions, network expansions, and service updates.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect professionalism and care.
