Office Manager – Fayetteville Clinic (Starting January)

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, people-loving Office Manager to lead daily operations at our beautiful, sensory-friendly Fayetteville clinic. This isn’t just an administrative role—you’re the heartbeat of the center, making sure each day runs smoothly for our families, staff, and children.

What You’ll Do
Every day brings something new and meaningful. You will:
Be the Center’s Go-To Problem Solver
- Keep the front desk running with a warm, welcoming presence
- Check clients in/out, answer phones, manage emails, and ensure every family feels supported
- Prioritize tasks with urgency and calm—even when the lobby is busy
Own the Daily Flow of the Clinic
- Create staff and client schedules
- Track cancellations and make schedule adjustments
- Maintain organized, accurate records and forms
Support Our Families From Day One
- Conduct tours for prospective families
- Guide parents through admissions and intake paperwork
- Schedule assessments and help coordinate services
Partner With Insurance & Vendors
- Verify benefits, request authorizations, and communicate with insurers
- Keep office supplies stocked and ready
Lead and Support Our Team
- Complete staff performance reviews every 6 months
- Prepare new hire onboarding items (lockers, uniforms, handbook review)
Keep Our Environment Bright & Welcoming
- Maintain a clean, orderly lobby and conference room
- Plan fun community field trips and collect permission slips
- Coordinate quarterly Autism Community Events and staff team-building activities

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000/year
- 10 days PTO 10 paid holidays
