We are seeking a highly organized, solutions-oriented Project Manager to join our internal Creative Agency. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution for a wide array of campaigns, branding, and cross-functional creative initiatives that serve our schools, staff, and families. This is not your typical project management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, embraces change, and brings urgency, precision, and adaptability to everything they do. You’ll need to juggle competing priorities, problem-solve in real time, and keep projects moving forward — all while holding yourself and others to a high bar of creative and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead the planning and execution of creative projects (e.g., branding, advertising, video, print, digital), ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Serve as the central point of coordination between creative team members, external vendors, and internal stakeholders (including recruitment, enrollment, and academics teams). Translate briefs and strategy into clear project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops. Actively monitor scope, resourcing, and priorities — escalating risks early and solving blockers before they slow down progress. Support a culture of high accountability, quick turnarounds, and sharp execution. Champion operational best practices — including project documentation, workflows, and tools (e.g., Monday.com). Be a force for clarity, momentum, and excellence across every touchpoint. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing/communications production (agency or in-house). Demonstrated success managing fast-moving creative teams, with high attention to detail and quality control. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you're a natural connector who can build trust, motivate collaborators, and give/receive feedback effectively. Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities and ambitious timelines. Deep personal commitment to equity in education.
