Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our experiential marketing agency and help bring bold, creative ideas to life. This role is responsible for managing projects from kickoff through execution. Keeping timelines, budgets, and teams aligned while supporting high-quality, real-world brand activations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage creative and experiential projects from start to finish
- Own project timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate across creative, production, operations, and account teams
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners
- Track approvals, milestones, and deadlines
- Manage project documentation, status updates, and reporting
- Support live events and on-site activations as needed
- Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to manage workflows
- Identify risks related to scope, timing, or budget and escalate as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of project management experience in an experiential or creative agency
- Experience managing multi-workstream creative projects
- Strong understanding of timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Familiarity with experiential marketing, live events, digital, print, and environmental design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
