The Leader, School Operations Training & Development will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing all training programs for Success Academy's school operations teams. This includes ensuring that all operational staff – from Operations Specialists to Business Operations Managers (BOMs) and Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) – are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to achieve unparalleled operational excellence. This role will define training objectives, manage content creation and delivery, and, critically, be accountable for the measurable outcomes and impact of all operations training initiatives on school operations performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver training sessions for school based Operations teams. Focus on fostering knowledge and skills related to Success Academy's enterprise-wide operational excellence goals and strategic priorities.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments with school-based teams to identify areas for improvement and to tailor training programs accordingly. Ensure that all training materials are relevant and aligned with enterprise goals and best practices.
• Facilitate Professional Development: Lead workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions to enhance the skills of Operations staff, including how to execute their roles effectively in the school building and manage adults around outcomes.
• Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to school teams, including school visits and follow-up consultations, to ensure that the training is being implemented successfully and adapted to meet the needs of our staff and scholars.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Network partners to ensure a coordinated approach to professional development and resource allocation for school Operations teams.
• Monitor and Evaluate: Track and assess the impact of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make improvements to training approaches as necessary. Provide reports and updates on training effectiveness to Network leadership. Overarching management and accountability for all Operations initiatives and KPIs
• Resource Development: Create and distribute instructional materials, toolkits, and resources that can be used by school teams to support best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders in training and professional development activities
• Ability to assess needs and design tailored training programs for a wide range of special education roles
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation Range

$140,000—$160,000 USD
