We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our Subway restaurants. You’ll handle the day-to-day activities in the store—leading the team, ensuring great service, maintaining food quality, and keeping operations running smoothly.
An Area Manager will handle major responsibilities such as payroll, ordering, and compliance, so your focus will be on hands-on leadership and daily performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Open and close the store as needed
- Supervise and train team members
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and product quality
- Manage shifts, breaks, and labor to meet goals
- Deliver friendly, accurate service to every guest
- Support management goals and company policies

- Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (Subway experience a plus)

- Available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
