In this role, you’ll handle the intake, documentation, and organization of environmental samples to support compliance and decision-making. - Receive, organize and pull samples, as well as distribute them to the lab;
- Perform pH and preservation checks on samples;
- Accurately scan and record sample info into computer system;
- Ensure adequate storage areas are available in each sample storage area;
- Maintain orderly and secure sample storage, retrieval, and disposal;
- Return samples to storage locations after analyses are completed;
- Dispose of samples properly;
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Familiarity with basic chemistry preferred but not required;
- Basic computer skills, including database and spreadsheet entry;
- Strong recordkeeping skills with attention to detail;
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to perform under pressure;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Commitment to safety and quality in all laboratory activities;
- Able to work in a warehouse that is not air-conditioned and periodically lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

- Full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Ability to work overtime and outside of scheduled hours, including evenings, as required to meet operational or workload needs.
