Position Details
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 4 days per week
- Saturdays are required
- Fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by identifying parts, clarifying requests, and offering solutions
- Process sales, handle payments, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Unpack, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Verify supplies, place orders, and manage vendor returns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training opportunities
- Support team goals with a positive, proactive attitude
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts experience
- Strong in-person and telephone customer service & communication skills
- Accurate data entry and inventory management skills
- Prior experience with Automate, Xtime, and Engage
- Ability to lift and stock parts safely
- Team player with leadership/management potential
