What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Bicycle Technician/Service Manager position at Suburban Sports?
Qualifications:
- Must have previous bicycle technician experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stay organized, multitask, and complete work in a timely matter
Responsibilities:
- Must possess technical proficiency in bicycle diagnosis, repair and building, such as hydraulic brake service, suspension, and basic maintenance
- Control flow of service for an accurate and timely turnaround
- Ability to order and maintain inventory of parts
- Create work orders for service and labor
- Communicate clearly and effectively to customers, sales and service staff
- Maintain high level of knowledge about the products and services we offer
- Transition to ski & binding technician, mounting and tuning skis, during the winter months

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
