What You'll Do
As the Facility Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our performance center while helping athletes, families, and coaches have an outstanding experience every time they walk through the doors. You'll also support apparel and team sales initiatives that help our programs look and perform their best.
Leading Daily Facility Operations
- Ensure the Athlete Lab is clean, safe, organized, and operating at a high standard.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings and facility rentals.
- Oversee equipment setup, maintenance, and inventory.
Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Welcome athletes, families, coaches, and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Serve as the go-to resource for facility information, programming, and support.
- Help resolve questions and concerns while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Supporting Programs & Administration
- Assist with registrations, scheduling, communications, and promotional efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Managing Team Apparel & Sales Operations
- Coordinate team apparel orders and spirit wear programs.
- Work with vendors on quotes, artwork approvals, production timelines, and inventory.
- Organize apparel distribution and ensure families receive outstanding service throughout the process.
Who You Are
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing operations, customer service, and organization. You're comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and building relationships with athletes, coaches, and families.
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience in sports facility, fitness center, or recreation operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with strength & conditioning, athletic development, or youth sports is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and vendor platforms preferred.
