- Input and update data accurately into QuickBooks to support operational workflows.
- Manage various types of data entry tasks (heavy Accounting work) with speed and precision, maintaining accuracy.
- Organize and file digital records systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
- Perform data collection from various sources, verifying information for completeness and correctness before entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform basic math calculations, and generate reports that aid in analysis and decision-making.
- Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions while adhering to organizational procedures.
- Support clerical functions such administrative documentation to keep office operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Proven experience with data entry tasks in a professional setting, preferably within an office environment.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for managing spreadsheets.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, and office software tools used for data management.
- Basic math skills for data validation and calculations within spreadsheets or reports.
- Prior clerical experience involving filing, data collection, order entry, or administrative support is highly desirable.
