If you love being outside, this is a great job opportunity. Suburban is looking to add staff to our Lawn Maintenance department. Positions are available for drivers. This position is a combination of physical work and driving a company vehicle. Our lawn maintenance department does regular mowing, mulching, brush, leaf and weed removal, trimming and pruning. No experience necessary. Paid training is available. No experience necessary. Paid training is available.
Job duties:
- Complete general landscape duties, including mowing, edging, installation of mulch, weed, trim, plant, aerate, and other related landscape activities.
- Operate various equipment and tools, such as mowers, power trimmers, blowers, and weed eaters
- Tarp truck to ensure safety during travel.
- Requires lifting of 50 lbs. regularly
- Follow safety procedures and company policies while working on job sites and operating vehicles/equipment.
Requirements:
- Drivers must pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Drivers must have a valid KS license or MO Class E license and be at least 21 years old.
- 3 year background check required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
