Certified Nursing Assistant
JOB SUMMARY :
The certified nursing assistant will work directly with students under the supervision of the district nurse to attend to students' immediate medical needs.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Completion of state-approved training as :Certified Nursing Assistant
Licensed Practical NurseRegistered NursePossess valid driver's licensePrevious experience as a custodian in an educational environment preferredESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Basic medical knowledge and techniquesRecording of vital signs, including respiration, body temperature, pulse, and blood pressureChanging dressingsMaintaining patient safety and personal hygieneProviding personal care based on students' individual needsCaring for multiple students in schoolProviding empathy and compassionPHYSICAL ACTIVITY :
Constant hand-eye, mind-eye coordination.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, bending, lifting, and stooping required.Occasional travel to various school locations required.WORK ENVIRONMENT :
