Suburban Bowlerama and Alley Oops Sports Bar & Grill are looking for an energetic, outgoing Bartender / Lane Server to join our team. This is a cross-trained position that includes serving guests at the bar, in our restaurant, and on the bowling lanes.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing attentive service. If you enjoy interacting with guests and helping create a fun, welcoming experience, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages
• Take food and beverage orders at the bar, tables, and bowling lanes
• Enter orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
• Check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures
• Provide friendly, attentive service throughout each guest’s visit
• Maintain clean and organized bar, service, and guest areas
• Restock beverages, supplies, and service items as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and bowling-center employees
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work duties
• Follow all food-safety, alcohol-service, and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bartending or serving experience preferred
• Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and basic drink preparation
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Dependable and able to work effectively under pressure
• Able to handle multiple guests and orders accurately
• Available to work weeknights, weekends, and some holidays
• RAMP certification preferred; training may be required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
