Suburban Basement Waterproofing is a local contractor specializing in basement waterproofing, foundation repairs, concrete leveling, void filling, and soil stabilization. We are known for quality workmanship and a professional, hard-working team.
Role Summary
Join our field crew to help prepare, install, and finish residential waterproofing and foundation repair projects. This is a hands-on role with growth potential into a full-time technician position.
What You'll Do
Load, unload, and stage job materials
Assist technicians with trenching, mixing and placing materials, and site cleanup
Operate basic hand and power tools
Lift and transfer up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Follow safety procedures and treat each job site as a customer's home
Drive to job sites within our service area from our Macomb shop
What You Bring
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background and drug screen
Comfort working indoors and outdoors in changing weather
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and respectful communication
Nice to Have
Experience in construction, concrete, or general labor
Prior waterproofing or foundation repair exposure
Crack injection repair experience (epoxy or urethane) is a plus
