About Us
Suburban Basement Waterproofing is a local contractor specializing in basement waterproofing, foundation repairs, concrete leveling, void filling, and soil stabilization. We are known for quality workmanship and a professional, hard-working team.
Role Summary
Join our field crew to help prepare, install, and finish residential waterproofing and foundation repair projects. This is a hands-on role with growth potential into a full-time technician position.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, and stage job materials
- Assist technicians with trenching, mixing and placing materials, and site cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Lift and transfer up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Follow safety procedures and treat each job site as a customer’s home
- Drive to job sites within our service area from our Macomb shop
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in changing weather
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and respectful communication
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction, concrete, or general labor
- Prior waterproofing or foundation repair exposure
- Crack injection repair experience (epoxy or urethane) is a plus
