We’re hiring a Founding Customer Support & Operations Associate who can flex across support, operations, and executive assistance. You’ll be one of our first hires in this function, meaning your fingerprints will be all over how we serve customers and scale our internal operations.

What you’ll do
- 45% Operations: You’ll ensure our financial workflows run smoothly, manually at first then work with engineers to automate the manual workflows.
- 45% Customer Support: You’ll serve as the front-line interface with customers, helping them navigate the financing process and resolving any issues with clarity and speed via support calls and responding to emails.
- 10% Executive Assistance: You’ll take on high-leverage tasks for the rest of the team—like booking travel for trade shows or handling meeting logistics.

Compensation
- $50-75K base equity
