What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian Substitute position at Substitute Teacher Service?
Substitute Teacher Service, Inc. is currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join the Substitute Custodial pool in Northeastern School District.
Substitute Custodians provide janitorial and light maintenance duties on a per diem (day to day) basis in the buildings and grounds of all the District's buildings.
Shifts vary, depending on the needs of the day, start time are flexible.
Wages start at $15.00/hour.
Our ideal candidates are detail oriented and flexible; individuals must be able to follow directions and perform physical duties in excess of those required for medium work.
ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
In order to be eligible for employment in Pennsylvania public schools, the following clearances, trainings, and forms are required upon hire:
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
- FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)
- Child/Student Abuse Recognition and Reporting (Act 126)
- Arrest or Conviction Form PDE 6004 (Act 24)
- School Personnel Health Record (Physical with a TB Test)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Information (Act 168)
