Job Title: Uniform Alterations Specialist

Job Summary

Subsecond LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to handle uniform alterations and setup. This role is critical to ensuring our products and services meet a high standard of fit, function, and professionalism. You will be working with military and law enforcement uniforms, where precision matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations on uniforms including hemming, resizing, and adjustments
• Sew on patches, name tapes, rank, and other required components
• Ensure all work meets clean, consistent, and professional standards
• Maintain organization of materials, tools, and workspace
• Assist with general shop tasks when needed
• Support production team during high-volume periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sewing or alterations experience
• Ability to operate industrial or standard sewing machines
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
