We are seeking an Experienced Sewing Operator to join our elite team. On-site job training is provided, but make no mistake—this role is not for the faint of heart. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where everyone is expected to pull their weight. This role involves sewing a variety of durable materials using industrial sewing machines, such as the Juki DNU-1541S. Operators will work with nylon scuba webbing, elastic, and leather, often sewing through multiple layers and varying material thicknesses. The position requires precise stitch control, proper tension adjustment, and accurate machine setup to ensure consistent quality, strength, and durability in finished products.
