What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Engineer - Flexible Package position at Subsea7?
What will you be doing?
- Autonomously lead, coordinate, and manage the flexible package to ensure alignment with project objectives, client expectations, and timely identification of scope risks and opportunities.
- Understand client requirements, develop Technical Scope of Work, and support supplier selection through comprehensive technical bid evaluations.
- Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with suppliers, while oversighting supplier schedules, performance, and VOR development.
- Organize and lead key scope-related meetings (PPM, design reviews, KOM, etc.) to ensure strong technical progress and stakeholders’ alignment.
- Plan, manage and review all technical documentation produced by Subsea 7 and suppliers.
- Manage interfaces and follow-up design, manufacturing, and testing activities; provide engineering support during mobilization, FATs, SITs,… and assist with the resolution of technical issues (Design, NCR, etc..).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge management within the discipline.
- Ensure full compliance with industry codes and standards, client specifications, and internal requirements, while consistently promoting QHSE across all activities.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification with 5 years relevant flexible experience in the Offshore industry, both on Tenders and Projects

- Capacity to priorities, plan, coordinate and communicate to enable successful delivery
