What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver/Direct Support Professional position at Sublime living?
Sublime Living, Inc. is an adult residential facility where we provide support and services for adults with developmental disabilities ages We are located in Spring Valley, CA and are looking for vibrant staff to join our growing team
Experience is not required but it is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
-Upon completion of appropriate training, you will complete and/or assist the clients in maintaining the cleanliness of the residence, including household chores, room cleaning, and client's laundry.
-Complete and/or assist clients with clean up after meals.
-Monitor the health status of the clients. Report and document daily notes and log community outings.
-Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
-Must obtain current First aid card.
-Must clear physical exam/TB test and criminal background screening. (Note: Sublime Living, Inc. will reimburse applicant upon criminal background clearance and after 90 days of employment.)

--40 accrued hours of paid sick leave after 90 days of employment.

--Dinner provided during PM shifts.
--Vacation offered after 1 year of employment.
We are looking to fill PM shifts 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm. Varies and is flexible according to availability.
