Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications and software products to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct manual testing of mobile applications and software integrations.
- Utilize testing tools to identify and report bugs & issues.
- Conduct regression testing to support software and firmware updates to appliances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
- Actively participate in project reviews for requirements, codes, and designs.
- Develop, plan and implement test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate functionality, security, performance, and usability.
- Support Developers and Customer Service personnel in day-to-day Support activities.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot customer reported issues.
- Deliver Test Reports and summary of impact in a timely manner.
- Document and communicate test results and recommendations for user experience improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed test documentation such as workflow instructions and ways of working.
- Actively participate in the project's agile ceremonies.
- Innovate with a focus on quality and value over speed and newness.
- Foster A.I. and Machine Learning practices for improving testing experience.
