We are seeking an experienced and passionate Contact Center Supervisor to join our prestigious luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing teams of 10-15 direct reports in a Product Support environment. This role is responsible for driving team excellence through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10-15 Product Support Specialists, fostering a culture of outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and achievement of performance targets.
• Deliver coaching and training to support team development and maximize productivity.
• Manage escalated customer issues and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolutions in line with our luxury brand values.
• Monitor and evaluate team member performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and elevate the overall customer experience.
