Content Creation & Product Storytelling
- Write, edit, and refine compelling copy for websites, product pages, brochures, email campaigns, sales tools, and other marketing assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Translate technical specifications, performance features, and design intent into clear, engaging, customer-appropriate language.
- Concept brand campaign themes and develop copy for print advertising, luxury shelter magazines, paid social media (including video), and other high-visibility marketing placements.
- Serve as a steward of brand voice, tone, and messaging, ensuring a cohesive luxury experience across all touchpoints.
- Ensure content accuracy, terminology consistency, and alignment with established product narratives and positioning.
- Maintain high editorial standards through proofreading, fact-checking, and version control.
- Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners (design, product, sales, training) to execute communications that align with broader marketing strategies and value propositions.
- Respond to copy needs from sales teams and distributors, maintaining messaging consistency across regions and markets.
- Support corporate and internal communications as needed, including social media posts, press releases, internal newsletters, and corporate events.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products and technologies through hands-on learning and collaboration with internal teams.
- Execute assignments within established workflows and project management systems, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate using shared creative and productivity tools such as Figma, Miro, Loop, and related platforms.
- Use AI-powered tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to support research, drafting, editing, and optimization while maintaining human judgment and brand quality.
- Partner with marketing teammates to review engagement and performance data and apply insights to optimize future content.
- Contribute ideas to improve content clarity, usability, and production efficiency over time.
