Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL for an Optician/Ophthalmic Technician. In this role, you will assist patients with their eyewear needs, prepare patients for their eye exams, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in optical lingo and a foundational understanding of how an optical operates.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in an optical.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment, working collaboratively with a team
- Previous related experience or certification in opticianry or ophthalmic technology is an advantage
