Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optician based in Miami, FL. The Optician will assist customers in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needs while providing outstanding customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing basic optical measurements, collaborating with optometrists to interpret prescriptions, educating clients on lens and frame options, ensuring proper eyewear fitting, and maintaining accurate customer records. Teamwork and client satisfaction are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Optics and Optometry practices
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Familiarity with interpreting prescriptions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

- Licensure or certification as an optician
