We’re Hiring: BIM / Revit Designer – MEP
South Florida | Full-Time | Large-Scale & High-Rise Projects
Strong in Revit and know your way around MEP systems?
We're looking for an experienced BIM/Revit Designer to join our team and support the design and coordination of complex commercial and high-rise projects.
This role is ideal for someone who can do more than just draft. We’re looking for someone who understands how Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems come together inside a building and can translate that into accurate, coordinated Revit models and construction documents.
What You’ll Be Working On
• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit
• Produce coordinated MEP construction documents
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing models with architectural and structural disciplines
• Identify clashes and help resolve coordination issues before construction
• Work closely with engineers, architects and project managers throughout each project phase
• Maintain BIM standards, templates and model quality
• Handle design updates, redlines and project revisions as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency is a must
• Experience with large-scale commercial and/or high-rise projects preferred
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation
• Strong BIM coordination and clash-detection skills
• High attention to detail and model accuracy
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and multidisciplinary project teams
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
