Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure trash bins are emptied regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all areas
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment or supplies
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated shifts
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers

- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
