Su Casa Handyman is seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman Technician to join our Field Operations team. This role is perfect for a self-starter with hands-on experience in general construction, repair, and customer service who enjoys working directly with clients and taking ownership of each project.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Install doors, windows, appliances, and fixtures, and complete light remodeling projects
- Accurately price jobs based on labor, materials, and project scope
- Schedule and manage jobs efficiently to maximize productivity and profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients
- Keep accurate records of time, materials, and approvals
- Ensure safety and compliance with company standards on every job site
- Maintain clean, organized tools and vehicles
Qualifications
- 2 years of handyman or skilled trades experience preferred
- Proficiency in drywall repair, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and sales/upselling abilities
- Comfortable using scheduling or job tracking software (training provided)
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varied weather conditions

Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday
- Overtime and occasional weekend work available based on client needs

- On-site position serving clients throughout the Salt Lake Valley
