Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting
Install doors, windows, appliances, fixtures, and perform light remodeling tasks
Accurately price jobs based on labor, material, and scope
Schedule jobs to maximize efficiency and profitability
Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Maintain proper documentation for time, materials, and customer approvals
Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company standards
Uphold cleanliness and organization of company tools and vehicles
Qualifications
General handyman or skilled trades experience (2 years preferred)
Proficiency in drywall repair, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and sales/upselling abilities
Comfortable using scheduling or job tracking software (training provided)
Associate degree preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varied weather
