As we prepare for our market launch, we need a skilled Social Media & SEO Manager who can make an immediate impact. This role is crucial for building our digital presence, driving organic traffic, and converting followers into loyal users within the first 90 days.
Role Overview
We are looking for someone who is both a social media maven and an SEO specialist. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our social media strategy and search optimization, delivering measurable results on a tight timeline. This is an equity-based founding role tied to clear performance milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube.
- Drive organic growth through robust SEO and content optimization.
- Create and manage daily and weekly social media content schedules, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Optimize user acquisition funnels and convert followers into active users through creative campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Track and analyze key metrics, iterating quickly to meet growth goals within the first 90 days.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between marketing activities and product launches.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record (5 years) in both social media management and SEO, ideally in a startup or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Instagram Reels, TikTok campaigns, Threads strategy, and SEO best practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to deliver tangible results in a 90-day window.
- A creative yet data-driven mindset, passionate about fashion, tech, and user experience.
