Position Overview:
Style.re is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations Manager to join our team in an equity-based capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in building out and refining our operational processes, working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities, and holding both C-suite executives and employees accountable to key operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Process Development: Build and optimize operational workflows that support the company's growth and scalability. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in day-to-day operations.
- Team Coordination and Accountability: Collaborate with the operations team and hold both leadership and staff accountable for meeting operational goals and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the COO and other C-suite executives to align operational initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key operational metrics and KPIs, regularly track performance, and report progress to the executive team.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges as they arise, propose effective solutions, and ensure the team is equipped to meet company objectives.
Qualifications:
