What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish—leading the build, ensuring quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.
In this role, you will:
- Drive project timelines and maintain accurate build schedules
- Champion a top-tier customer experience throughout construction
- Ensure job site cleanliness and organization
- Inspect work and enforce high-quality standards
- Manage and submit cost variances accurately
- Oversee projects primarily in the Bryan–College Station area (with flexibility to travel as needed)
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of relevant construction or superintendent experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (ready to travel between communities)
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to turn challenges into positive experiences
- A drive to continuously learn, improve, and grow
