Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (In-Office & Remote) | College Station, TX
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

You'll help keep the Stylecraft brand looking its best while supporting marketing initiatives across multiple communities and platforms.

Help maintain and update our website with community information, home listings, photos, plat maps, open houses, and other content that keeps customers informed.

Prepare and update marketing materials, promotions, incentives, and campaign assets that support our sales teams and communities.

Manage listing information, MLS updates, XML feeds, and reporting to ensure our marketing remains current and reliable.

Assist with special projects, marketing campaigns, community launches, and company initiatives across the organization.

Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other departments to bring ideas to life and keep projects moving forward.

• Experience in marketing, advertising, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry.
