This Co-Lead role will join a strong leadership team and take on specific duties to support the store.
Our team leads and managers play an important role in keeping our stores running smoothly. The ideal candidates will be extremely organized, have excellent time management skills, and be driven to pursue and meet set goals. Our team leads are responsible for training and developing our teams to meet our goals, and to provide the highest level of customer service in all areas of our stores. Leaders must be kind, compassionate and flexible.
