What You’ll Do
- Drive Stuut’s frontend technical vision in partnership with design and backend teams.
- Build responsive, performant Vue.js applications that simplify complex B2B financial workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer workflows into intuitive, production-ready solutions.
- Continuously improve frontend processes, tools, and systems that scale productivity, code quality, and team impact.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-caliber frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and humility.
- Have 5 years of frontend engineering experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale.
- Are highly skilled with Vue.js (Vue 3), TypeScript, state management, and modern frontend build tools.
- Have deep experience building complex, data-heavy applications with responsive design and frontend testing frameworks.
- Thrive in early-stage, high-growth startup environments where you can build systems and processes from the ground up.
- Enjoy engaging directly with customers to understand workflow needs and translate them into exceptional experiences.
- Have experience mentoring engineers and shaping frontend culture on high-performing teams.

Salary : $190,000 - $240,000
