What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution, for core product features Speak to customers and leverage AI tooling to immediately build protypes - then refine them
- Design prompt-driven and AI-powered experiences that rethink how users interact with financial workflows
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive and actionable designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Stuut’s vision
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customers to bring ideas to life
- Define and refine Stuut’s design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
- Design for agentic interfaces, where users interact with AI-powered assistants and automation rather than static UI
- 5 years of experience in B2B product design (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software) Strong background in enterprise UX, workflow automation, and AI-driven interfaces
- Experience designing prompt-based or AI-powered user experiences Ability to use AI tooling to immediately pro-type projects
- Technical fluency—comfortable working with engineering teams on complex, data-driven products
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI work with a focus on B2B, automation, and AI-driven interfaces
- Experience with Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies Self-starter mentality—comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
