What are the responsibilities and job description for the Candy Maker position at Stutz Candy Company, Inc.?
We are looking for a candy maker apprentice, who is willing to learn and be trained.
Duties will include:
- Learn to make candy centers to be chocolate coated
- Learn to operate candy making equipment
- Weigh and cook ingredients
- Mold and shape candy centers
- Assist in other areas of production and packing when needed
- Keep work area, equipment, and cooking utensils clean
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to be on feet for 8 hour shift
- Drug-free environment
Full time; Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PM shift; some Saturdays near holidays may be required (paid overtime/time and a half)
