This role offers the opportunity to work on luxury residential projects from concept through installation, primarily out of our on-site cabinet shop. If you value quality, precision, and craftsmanshipand want your work to reflect a respected reputation in custom home buildingthis is an opportunity to do meaningful, lasting work in a supportive and professional environment.Primary Responsibilities:Manufacture custom cabinets, built-ins, and millwork according to project specifications, shop drawings, and design requirements.Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to cut, assemble, finish, and install cabinetry components.Collaborate with designers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.Install cabinetry and millwork on project sites, ensuring proper fit, finish, and alignment.Select and prepare wood, veneers, finishes, and hardware appropriate for each project.Maintain shop equipment, tools, and work areas in safe and clean condition.Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Ensure all work meets the companys quality expectations for luxury custom homes.Assist with developing creative solutions to design or installation challenges.Uphold safety standards and comply with local building codes and OSHA requirements.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Advanced knowledge of woodworking techniques, cabinetry construction, and fine carpentry.Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing equipment.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.High attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship in all phases of cabinetmaking.Ability to problem-solve and adapt designs to field conditions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to work independently or with a crew.Commitment to safety and quality.Experience Requirements:Minimum of5 years of cabinetmaking, fine carpentry, or millwork experience.Formal training, trade school, or apprenticeship in woodworking/cabinetmaking preferred.Experience with custom, high-end cabinetry strongly preferred.
