Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and fully experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This position requires someone that can effectively diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. You must have at least one full year of full time, verifiable, HVAC Technician job history. Installation experience does not count as technician experience.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Skills:
- HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
- Welding skills for equipment repair
- Knowledge of HVAC system design principles
