Our service area covers SW Missouri from the Arkansas and Oklahoma state line through Joplin and Jasper County, east to Marionville, and south to the lake area. After training, you'll work primarily through remote dispatch, allowing you to head directly to your calls instead of reporting to the office each day.
What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll:
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment efficiently.
- Read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and system schematics to identify issues accurately.
- Perform quality repairs that meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers while providing exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate service records using our digital field software.
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Represent the Aire Serv brand with professionalism and integrity at every customer interaction.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for technicians who bring both technical expertise and a customer-first attitude.
Qualifications:
- 2 HVAC service experience in residential and/or light commercial systems
- EPA Certification
- Working knowledge of HVAC electrical, mechanical, and condensate drainage systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Compensation
$35,000 to $98,670 per year
Compensation is based on experience, performance, and production.
Work Location
Hybrid Remote
Based out of Cassville, Missouri, with remote dispatch after training.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $98,670.13 per year
