Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of HVAC equipment including boilers, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and other mechanical components.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and HVAC design plans to execute precise repairs or installations aligned with project specifications.
- Conduct field service operations that include appliance repair, property maintenance tasks, welding repairs, and equipment calibration to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports documenting all inspections, repairs, parts used, and system conditions.
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects involving HVAC/R systems or complex mechanical installations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems; construction experience is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems including refrigeration, boilers, air conditioning units, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and apply HVAC design principles during troubleshooting or installation processes.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with practical skills in equipment repair, welding, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with field service operations involving appliance repair and property maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
