About the Role
Studio Beauty is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Campaign Manager / Campaign Manager to support and execute influencer campaigns for leading and emerging beauty brands, including Dove, Outside In, and Nature of Things (a new brand from Hourglass Cosmetics founder Carisa Janes).
This is a six-week contract role, with the potential to extend for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who can start immediately, with briefings taking place this week for a target start on Monday.
You’ll play a key role in campaign execution across the full lifecycle—from list-building and influencer outreach through to reporting and relationship management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience with Creator IQ and influencer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build influencer lists for upcoming send-outs for Outside In and Nature of Things
- Handle opt-in communications and manage influencer relationships from outreach through to content conversion
- Monitor and manage campaign progress on Creator IQ, including tracking performance and finalizing campaign close-outs
- Support the wrap-up of a live Dove campaign, encouraging social sharing and optimizing influencer engagement
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for influencers and creators, encouraging participation and maintaining ongoing relationships
- Communicate campaign needs clearly to both internal teams and external partners, including clients and creators
- Help manage expectations and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Optionally support and help oversee interns working on related projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience building and managing influencer campaigns using Creator IQ
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple influencer relationships simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and maintain trust with both creators and clients
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented work style

- Experience managing or mentoring interns in a fast-paced, creative environment
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid model: In-office Tuesday to Thursday at our New York location, remote work on Monday and Friday
