What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Studio Manager Fitness Studio position at Studio50 Fitness?
We are hiring a sales and studio manager for a busy boutique fitness and wellness center. We are looking for a self-motivated, honest, dependable person with good personal skills and management and sales experience. The person must be positive and work well within a team atmosphere.
The job requirements include leading our sales and customer service team and well as managing the day to day operations of our fitness studio. The daily responsibilities include retail and service sales, customer service, employee management, maintaining a clean and safe environment, laundry, cleaning, and maintenance.
This position is full time days 7am-3pm Monday to Friday; with flexibility to cover weekend , evening, and early morning shifts as needed.
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with ownership and the Director to improve sales, performance, and will follow direction as well as take initiative and do what needs to get done as situations arise. In addition to the salary, free fitness classes are included as a perk.
