The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Partner to support client acquisition and drive new business.
This is a commission-driven, flexible opportunity ideal for experienced sales professionals, consultants, or independent closers who understand how to sell creative and strategic services—positioning branding and web design as long-term investments.
You’ll operate as a partner to the business—owning your pipeline, building relationships, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients (founders, entrepreneurs, SMBs)
- Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business goals and needs
- Present Studio Tony’s services with clarity and confidence
- Close deals across branding, web design, and digital services
- Collaborate with the founder on strategy, proposals, and deal flow
- Track pipeline activity and report on performance metrics
- Maintain a high-quality, professional client experience
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Agency or creative industry experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell value and strategy—not just price
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
Compensation
- $500/month base retainer (ramp support)
- Tiered commission (self-generated deals):
- 18% on $5K–$7.5K
- 20% on $7.5K–$12K
- 22% on $12K
- Studio-provided leads:10%–12% depending on deal size
- Performance accelerator: 2% on self-generated deals when closing 2 deals/month
- Bonus opportunities: Additional incentives for high-value deals and consistent performance
On-Target Earnings:
$1,800 – $5,200 per month (based on performance)
Typical Project Value:
$5,000 – $20,000 per project, with higher-ticket opportunities available
Example Earnings:
Typically achieved through 1–3 closed deals per month, depending on deal size, lead source, and tiered commission levels
