About the Role
Studio-Telos is seeking a reliable, sharp, and highly organized Project Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Project Manager for an upcoming military racking installation project.
In this role, you will be the boots-on-the-ground anchor for an 8-person team, handling on-site logistics, tracking administrative paperwork, and acting as the vital communication bridge between our field team in Georgia and our corporate team in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- PM Support: Act as the right hand to the Project Manager, handling routine operations and tackling miscellaneous issues on-site as they arise.
- On-Site Administration: Manage daily timesheets, collect and track receipts, and organize all documentation produced on-site.
- Team & Compliance Oversight: Work alongside our off-site team to ensure staff reliability, compliance, and smooth lodging/accommodation logistics.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary liaison between the active Georgia site and the North Carolina home office.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Because this project takes place on a highly regulated military base, all candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
- Base Access & Background: Must possess sufficient valid documentation to enter a U.S. military base and have a clean criminal record (no exceptions).
- Strict Security Compliance: Must be willing and able to work in a high-regulation environment with no cell phones allowed on base.
- Physical Capability: This is akin to construction work. You must be industrious, hard-working, and physically able to work outdoors in the heat.
- Team & Social Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to maintain team morale and efficacy over a 2-month period.
