**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Daily priorities and tasks
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of Pilates/Fitness in general is a plus
- Ability to effectively sell products and services
- Understanding of retail math principles
- Experience in wireless or technical sales is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
